There is not anything easier to take for a pot luck meal, and you're guaranteed to come home with an empty dish! This is a recipe I picked up from who knows where on the internet years ago, and it's one we come back to again and again. In fact, I found myself searching my e-mail for it again this morning, and decided I'd put it here for easy reference in the future.
INGREDIENTS3 (16 ounce) OR 4 (12 ounce) packages frozen corn kernels2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese1 cup butter1 cup milk2 tablespoons sugarsalt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONSIn a slow cooker, combine corn, cream cheese, butter, milk, and sugar. Season with salt and pepper to taste.Cook on High for 2 to 4 hours, or on Low for 4 to 6 hours.
