Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs

I scored some boneless, skinless chicken thighs for $1.21/pound at the store today! I’m really excited about the price, but I’m a “white meat” kind of girl, so I’m a little apprehensive about preparing them.

So, how do you use chicken thighs? Does anyone have a great recipe to share? Well I even notice the difference?

  1. I love boneless, skinless chicken thighs! I always remember Angelo’s Italian rest. They did chicken thighs. They were coated with Italian seasonings and put in a skillet with a little olive oil and then just browned up real good. The other way the kids always like was to put them in the crock pot with spaghetti sauce and some onions and peppers and cook them. The kids liked them served over pasta, they did not care which shape.
